*Bulgur With Cottage Cheese And Feta Cheese(Turcanoinia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heaping c. bulgur (medium cracked wheat)
    4 c. milk
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1/4 lb. Feta cheese
Preparation
    Warm milk.
    Add butter and a dash of salt.
    Bring to a boil and add bulgur, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes, while boiling.
    Remove from heat.
    Cover and set aside for at least 2 hours.
