Apple Noodle Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. broad noodles, broken up
1/2 c. broken walnuts
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs, separated
3 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook noodles as directed on package.
Drain in colander. Rinse with cold water.
Meanwhile, combine walnuts, apples, raisins and spices.
Beat egg yolks with butter, sugar and salt. Fold egg yolk mixture into hot noodles.
Fold in fruits and spices.
Beat egg whites stiff.
Fold in.
Bake in well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
