Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 envelopes gelatin
1 lb. shrimp, cooked and diced
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
diced parsley
garlic powder
onion salt
lemon juice
salt
Tabasco
Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Heat soup and add cream cheese, stirring until melted.
Add gelatin and stir until thickened.
Add other ingredients and seasonings to taste.
Pour into 1-quart greased fish-shaped mold. Chill overnight.
Serve on red leaf lettuce with assorted crackers.
