Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. Crisco
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift flour in bowl.
Cut Crisco up in it.
Pour milk in.
Stir with knife, then knead.
Pat out dough and cut out biscuits.
Put in lightly greased pan.
Bake at 500\u00b0 until brown.
