Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    2 cans (15 oz.) beans with spicy sauce
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) whole tomatoes, drained
    1 pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Drain fat.
    Add beans and tomatoes and blend. Bring to boil.
    Pour into 2 1/2-quart greased casserole.
    Prepare muffin mix according to package.
    Drop by spoonfuls over meat and bean mixture.
    Bake 25 minutes or until top is browned in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 4 to 6.
