Summer Fruit Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
    1 pt. blueberries
    1 pt. strawberries, halved
    2 c. melon balls
    2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
    1/2 lb. Bing cherries, pitted
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 grated orange rind
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped mint
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine peaches, blueberries, strawberries, melon, kiwi fruit and cherries in large bowl.
    Whisk together honey, orange peel, orange juice, mint and lemon juice in small bowl.
    Add dressing to fruit; toss to combine.
    Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
