Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place chicken in a baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for an hour or until chicken is tender, basting frequently.
    Serve with hot rice.
