Pork Chops - Sweet And Sour - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. flour
6 pork chops
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Mix the ginger, salt, pepper, paprika and flour together. Coat both sides of the chops in this mixture.
In skillet, heat shortening and chops and cook over low heat until brown.
Turn and brown other side.
