Glazed Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
2 lb. ground beef
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. honey
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine eggs, and milk. Add the bread crumbs, onion, and salt. Crumple beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls.
