Vanilla Milk Chip Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. Guittard vanilla milk chips
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Set aside.
    In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
    Gradually add flour mixture until combined. Stir in chips, rolled oats and raisins.
    Drop by well rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
    These cookies are chewy with a touch of spice.
