Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Cream cheese in a bowl.
    Add sugar gradually beating.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Beat in lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch and flour. Add melted butter and mix until smooth.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Pour into a 9-inch or 10-inch spring-form pan (greased).
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Don't peek.
    Turn off heat and leave cake in oven for 2 hours longer.
    Cool 2 hours at room temperature, then refrigerate.
