Fresh Broccoli Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli, cut in flowerettes
2 cans College Inn chicken broth
5 plum tomatoes, peeled and chopped
5 cloves garlic
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. oil
1 lb. pasta, cooked
Preparation

Melt butter and oil.
Brown garlic, put in tomatoes and chicken broth.
Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Cook pasta.
Put broccoli in sauce for last 10 minutes of cooking (this can be increased in cooking time depending upon how crunchy you like your vegetables).
When pasta is done, mix sauce with pasta and serve.
