Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated raw sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    juice of 1/2 orange
    grated orange rind
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased shallow 1-quart casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
