Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef
    3 to 4 carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1/2 c. red wine or bouillon
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put in roaster or baking dish.
    Cook at 250\u00b0 for 5 to 6 hours. During last hour, add 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms and potatoes. Delicious with crusty bread and salad.
