Pineapple Cranberry Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
    3/4 c. Port wine (cranberry juice may be substituted)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    crisp salad greens
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Stir in undrained pineapple, cranberry sauce and wine (or cranberry juice).
    Chill until mixture thickens slightly.
    Fold in pecans and turn into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan (for thinner, but larger squares, use a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan).
    Chill until firm.
