Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1/4 lb. Blue cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    pecans
    parsley
Preparation
    Set all cheeses out until softened and grate all together. Mix 15 minutes with hands.
    Roll into 2 balls, then roll in crushed pecans and chopped parsley.
    Refrigerate.
    Make a few days in advance and thaw 1 hour before eating.
    Eat on Town House or Ritz crackers.
