Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. solid shortening
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. bread flour
    1 c. mashed potatoes (no milk or seasoning)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 teaspoon sugar added and let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
    Mix in 2 cups flour, potatoes and shortening.
    Add eggs and remaining sugar.
    Add remaining 4 cups flour and salt; mix well.
    Let rise 1 1/2 hours until doubled. Slightly knead dough on floured surface and roll out 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut into 2 inch circles and place on buttered baking sheets, brushing tops with melted butter.
    Let rise 1 hour and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
