Pearadice Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    1/3 c. oil
    3/4 c. canned pears, chopped
    1/2 c. pear syrup
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Make a well in center of dry ingredients.
    In another bowl, combine pears, syrup, cheese, nuts and oil.
    Mix liquid and dry ingredients until moistened.
    Turn batter into loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Let cool in pan 10 minutes, then cool on wire rack.
    Cool completely before slicing.
