Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pastry for one crust pie
    4 eggs
    2/3 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 2/3 cup scalding milk
Preparation
    Make pastry for one crust pie.
    Mix all ingredients, except milk, in a bowl and whisk.
    Slowly pour in scalded milk and mix. Pour into pie shell and bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes.
