Mchugh Irish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. beef, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 medium onion, quartered
    1 bag baby carrots
    4 to 5 large potatoes, cubed
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can beef broth
    1 c. Guiness stout
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    3 stalks celery, chopped
Preparation
    Place everything in crock-pot; salt and pepper.
    Cook on low 8 to 9 hours or 5 to 6 hours on high.
