Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sweet potatoes, mashed
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. milk
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except marshmallows.
    Pour in casserole dish after greasing.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with marshmallows.
    Brown in broiler.
