Ingredients

2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. grated onion
1/2 tsp. sage
dash of pepper
1 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Form loaf in 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes with or without tomato sauce.
Serves 8.
