Deluxe Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. herb stuffing (1 pkg.)
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. thyme
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. tarragon
Preparation
    Cook spinach (according to package directions).
    Drain and squeeze dry.
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Chill for 2 hours. Roll into balls.
    Freeze on cookie sheets.
    When frozen, store in plastic bags until needed.
    Thaw before baking.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes (don't overbake).
