Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sweet cream butter
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. water
    8 oz. pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts
    1/3 c. chopped apple
    2 Tbsp. sweet cream butter
    6 double rib pork chops with pocket inside
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In 10-inch skillet, melt 1/2 cup butter. Add onion and cook over medium heat until tender (4 to 5 minutes). Remove from heat.
    Stir in water, stuffing, walnuts and apple. Fill in pockets in pork chops with stuffing; secure with wooden picks.
