Congealed Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. whole cranberries
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    2 pkg. Knox gelatine
    15 marshmallows
    1 c. diced apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook cranberries according to directions; add marshmallows and dissolve while hot.
    Also add dissolved gelatin.
    Add apples and nuts and mix.
    Pour into long loaf pan and chill in refrigerator until firm.
    Serve on lettuce leaves or plain.
