Pineapple Tangy Lemon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    8 oz. crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice and grated rind
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add pineapple, lemon juice and rind.
    Add cold water and sour cream.
    Chill.
