Quick Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add next 3 ingredients and beat 2 minutes.
    Add egg and softened butter.
    Then add one more cup of flour and beat until smooth.
    Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tins.
    Let rise until double, 50 to 60 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
