*Kadaifi 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Kadaifi (room temperature)
1 lb. melted sweet, unsalted butter (clarified)
1 lb. chopped nuts (4 c.)
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

In a large bowl, shred Kadaifi.
Use an 11 x 13-inch or 11-inch round pan.
Butter bottom and sides of pan.
Layer Kadaifi in pan. Sprinkle nut and sugar mixture over Kadaifi evenly. Sprinkle butter over layer and repeat this procedure until you finish with the last layer of Kadaifi and butter
