Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 - 5 pieces round or cubed steak
    1/4 cup diced bell pepper
    1/2 cup diced celery
    1- 16 oz. can tomatoes
    1 can water
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Flour, salt and pepper steak.
    Brown in a small amount of oil.
    Add onions, celery, mushrooms and bell pepper.
    Cook slightly.
    Add tomatoes and water and cover and simmer for 1 hour.
