Baked Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 can asparagus
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 to 2 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Thaw fillets, if frozen.
    Brush with salad oil; sprinkle lightly with the salt, then arrange in a buttered shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
