Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef stew meat
1 can tiny peas
2 chopped onions
2 c. sliced carrots
salt to taste
3 peppercorns
1 can cream of mushroom or tomato soup, thinned with 1/2 can water
2 large raw potatoes, sliced
1 bay leaf
pinch of thyme, parsley and rosemary
Preparation

Brown stew meat in skillet.
Mix remaining ingredients in a large Dutch oven. Bake, covered, 5 hours at 275\u00b0.
Serves 4.
