Quick Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pastry shell
    1/2 lb. ground beef or sausage
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet and drain on paper towel.
    Blend next 3 ingredients; stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Insert knife and if it comes out clean, the quiche is done.
