Garden Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. cubed tomato
    1/2 c. diced cucumber
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed on package, omitting butter or margarine; cool.
    Toss lightly with next 8 ingredients.
    Cover; chill. Garnish with peanuts.
    Makes 4 1/2 cups.
