Fat And Skinny "French Fries" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Pare potatoes; cut into thick strips (the thicker the strips, the less oil they need to brown).
    Cover the potatoes with cold water; let stand 1 hour.
    Drain and blot dry.
    Spread the potatoes in a nonstick jelly-roll pan; sprinkle with oil.
    Shake the pan. Bake in very hot oven (450\u00b0) for 40 minutes or until potatoes are brown and tender.
    Turn the strips several times during baking. Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
    Makes 8 servings at 100 calories each.
