Chix Picante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) chicken breasts, cleaned and cut in half
    1 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 shallot, chopped
    10 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    flour, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Lightly salt and pepper chicken breasts.
    Dredge in flour and saute in a heavy skillet over high heat with 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until just done. Set aside and keep warm.
