Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. peeled and chopped zucchini
Preparation
    Blend flour, soda, sugar, salt and cinnamon into bowl.
    Add this dry mixture to the eggs, oil and zucchini.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes in a greased loaf pan.
    Yields 2 loaves.
