Mexican One Dish Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 chopped onion
    2 medium chopped bell peppers
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and rice together.
    Add chopped onion and bell peppers.
    Add remaining ingredients, mixing in order given. Put in casserole.
    Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
