Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 Tbsp. fennel seed
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 loaf frozen bread
    1 onion, chopped
    pinch of garlic salt
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage with fennel seed, onions, red pepper and garlic salt.
    Drain well.
    Thaw and roll out dough until thin.
    Sprinkle with sausage mixture and cheese on dough.
    Roll up as a jelly roll.
    Bake on greased 9 x 13-inch pan or cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
