Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cinnamon and sugar mixture
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except sugar/cinnamon mixture.
    Chill dough for 1 hour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Top cookies with sugar/cinnamon mixture.
