No Fuss Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bags popped corn
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1/8 c. light corn syrup (Karo)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Place popped corn in large brown paper bag and set aside. Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt in bowl and microwave 3 to 4 minutes, stirring after each minute until mixture comes to boil. Microwave 2 more minutes.
Stir in baking soda.
Pour mixture over corn in the bag, close bag 3 or 4 rolls and shake well.
Place bag in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, then shake.
Microwave 1 1/2 more minutes, then shake.
Pour out on large pan or cookie sheet and mix it up.
Very good.
Have patience microwaving, it's worth it.
