Mom'S Boiled Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar plus 1 Tbsp.
    2 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, flour, salt and milk.
    Pour into skillet; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Pour into bowl; cover with waxed paper and place lid on top.
    Serve cold over chocolate layer cake.
