Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Peel and grate potatoes and onion.
    Let stand 10 minutes so liquid raises to top and remove liquid.
    Stir in eggs and other ingredients.
    Drop by spoonfuls on a hot well-greased skillet. Brown on both sides, drain on paper towel.
    Serve with applesauce or sour cream.
