Spinach Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh, clean, broken into bite size spinach
    3 hard cooked boiled eggs
    6 crisp cooked strips bacon
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
    6 to 8 spring onions or scallions
    1 c. canola oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh onion juice
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Break spinach leaves into large salad bowl.
    Add sliced boiled eggs; bacon strips broken into small pieces, sliced mushrooms and onions/scallions cut into small pieces.
    Cover with plastic wrap and chill until just before serving.
