Country Spice Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
3 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 12-cup ring mold or Bundt pan.
Measure flour and remaining ingredients into large mixing bowl.
With mixer on low speed, beat well until blended. Turn into pan.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes on wire rack. Remove from pan and cool thoroughly.
