Banana Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Set oven at 350\u00b0.
    Grease loaf pan, chop nuts and mash bananas.
    Sift flour, soda and salt together.
    Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in mixing bowl.
    Cream for 1 1/2 minutes. Scrape bowl, add banana, sour cream, nuts and flour mixture.
    Beat until well blended.
    Bake 1 hour or until done.
