Southern Fried Rabbit(Or: The March Hare) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 to 4 lb. average) dressed rabbit
1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cut rabbit in serving size pieces and soak in vinegar solution (1/2 cup vinegar, 2 tablespoons salt and 6 cups water) for about 3 hours.
Rinse thoroughly.
