Backyard Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef (80% lean)
    1 egg
    1 pkg. powdered mushroom mix
    2 slices toasted bread crushed into crumbs
    3 tsp. A.1. sauce
Preparation
    Mix ground beef and ingredients thoroughly.
    Press into (12) 1/4 pound hamburger patties.
    Grill over charcoal until well done. Season with salt and pepper to desired taste.
    Serve on your favorite buns with a slice of cheese and onion on the side.
