Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 c. cooked, cubed ham
    1 carrot, finely diced
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    3 c. cooked rice (1 c. uncooked)
    1 c. frozen peas
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Fry ham with soy sauce. Add carrots. Stir-fry to heat through. Add onions, rice and peas.
    Mix and heat over medium heat.
    Make a well in the center so bottom of pan is exposed. Add eggs and cook, stirring constantly, until soft scrambled, then mix into rice mixture.
