Oven Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans beef broth (soup can size)
1 c. long grain rice (not Minute)
1 large jar mushrooms, drained or 1 basket fresh sliced mushrooms
3/4 tsp. rosemary (optional)
1/2 stick butter (can use 1/4 stick)
1/2 large onion, chopped
Preparation

Saut rice in butter until chalky. Put in 9 x 13-inch dish. Pour broth, mushrooms and onions into pan. Add rosemary. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. You can make this a main dish by putting chicken breasts on the bottom and only using 1 can of broth. Follow directions given.
