Company Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thick lamb shoulder chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 green pepper, cut in rings
    1 large sliced onion
    1 lemon sliced
    2 c. tomato juices
Preparation
    Brown chops in hot fat; season.
    Place in baking pan.
    Top each with green pepper ring, onion slice and lemon slice.
    Pour tomato juice over chops.
    Cover, bake in slow oven for 1 1/2 hours.
